I've just recently purchased the SDG Live at the Blues Garage CD. After some initial disappointment caused by the lack of the Winwood / Davis sound I expected, I very quickly fell for this CD. It is a record of what must have been a fantastic concert, the audience participate admirably. I like all of the tracks especially "I'm a Man" where the drumming is exceptional.
Highly recommended.

This track was the last one on side one of the second album. it is one of my favourites. On the original vinyl the writer is left blank. On the cd eight days a week, it is marked as writer "unknown".
Does anyone know who wrote this version. There are many other songs with the same name.

Beer and Curry in Sydney

Just a message from the four train drivers you had beer and curry with in Sydney a few weeks ago.

We were chuffed when you wore one of our union shirts on stage at Hornsby, Dave said it was a great concert.

You were on a radio station doing an interview today and Simon heard it, he was well happy.

We will keep tabs on you and next time you are in Sydney we can relive the beer and curry night .

Spencer just wanted to say the shows at the Locker Room on Sunday night, and the cruise on the Shamrock Monday night were great. I spoke to Tom on Monday and he said he got some great footage for the pilot. Talk to you soon.
